Not long after beating breast cancer, I developed chronic gut issues that completely changed how I had to eat and live. One of the hardest parts? Saying goodbye to bread.
Most gluten-free loaves I found were full of additives, low in nutrients, and honestly, just disappointing. When you’re on a restricted diet, every bite needs to count — nutritionally and emotionally. So I started baking my own.
What began as a way to feel well again has become a passion: creating highly nutritious, gluten-free loaves and tasty gluten free baked goods that are kinder to the gut, nutritious and full of flavour.
Now I’m sharing them through a small-batch bakery service for Cheshire East and the surrounding areas. I'll be in Altrincham and Knutsford markets every week for bake collection!
